Beer Drinking Home Invader Shot By Resident

A Jackson, Mississippi man shot a burglar who had entered his home. The home’s door was locked, but a window wasn’t. That's where the intruder entered the home. The homeowner told police that the home invader, identified as Johnny Washington, was standing in the bedroom, and was only seen as a dark shadow. The homeowner realized when his dog began to bark that the shadow wasn’t his roommate. The homeowner fired a shot as a warning. But, when Washington picked up a bow and arrow, the resident shot him in the leg.

The burglar had consumed a beer while he was in the victim’s apartment. He was sitting on the curb outside drinking another beer while he waited for police to arrive. Police found stolen property with Washington. He will be charged with burglary.

Students in Umbumbulu, South Africa were recently accosted by three armed robbers at their school. The robbers, armed with a knife and a gun, wanted the kid’s cell phones and their money. But the children retaliated by throwing rocks at the thieves. Two of the men managed to run off. The third man was stoned to death by his intended victims at the school in KwaZuluNatal.
