IN KENTUCKY
Jeff Hooker was watching his brother’s place in Laurel,
Kentucky, when he saw a man open the screen door of the house. It looked like
the man was going to kick the entry door open. Mr. Hooker confronted the man,
and as he did, the burglar began to run away. As Mr. Hooker chased him, the
would be home invader drew a gun and pointed it at him. Hooker fired his own
gun once at the other man.
However, the crook ran into the woods. Police found a
trail of blood leading into the woods, but lost the trail.
